Subsidy lock hello my phone is locked evidently, it is asking for a special code, I have tried calling nextel (sprint) and motorola, they don't know what i am talking about or so they say, they just tell me to buy a new phone or sim card, my sim card works in another boost phone, so it is not the card, please help me with this.

I called Boost support about the same issue and I was told that that particular phone and any other Ic series phone by motorola will not work with Boost Mobile. There was also a few other phones that will not work. Try calling thier support line and requesting the list of phones that won't work. Good luck.

If you enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask you to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and
get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed
If you had locked your mobile then update the formware all saved passwords will be deleted.

OR if you contact your customer care they will unlock from there.
