How do I send one fax to multiple receipents?

Send a basic fax

You can easily send a single- or multiple-page black-and-white fax by using the

control panel, as described here. If you want to send a color or photo fax, see the

onscreen HP Image Zone Help.

Note If you need printed confirmation that your faxes were successfully sent,

enable fax confirmation before sending any faxes. For more information, see

Print fax confirmation reports.

Tip You can also send a fax manually from a phone or by using monitor

dialing. These features allow you to control the pace of your dialing. They are

also useful when you want to use a calling card to charge the call and you

need to respond to tone prompts while dialing. For more information, see Send

a fax manually from a phone or Send a fax using monitor dialing.

1. Load your originals, with the print side up, into the document feeder tray. If you

are sending a single-page fax, such as a photograph, you can also load your

original on the glass.

Note If you are sending a multiple-page fax, you must load the originals

in the document feeder tray. You cannot fax a multiple-page document

from the glass.

2. Press Fax.

trying to send a fax, getting a MEMORY IS LOW message. Dispaly goes on to say PRESS OK, and when we do, the send is canceled.
Doesn't matter if we are faxing one page or multiple pages.

The scanner that scans the paper is likely dirty. Pull the cover with all the buttons toward you, and clean the glass that the paper slides by, preferably with a soft cotton cloth and some rubbing alcohol. Try to make a copy to see if the quality is improved

Type in the first fax number, then hit the Enter key (the check mark), then type in the next number, hit the Enter key, and so on until you've gotten all of your numbers entered. Then hit Start Fax.

The fax software on your computer should let you enter multiple numbers to fax to.  Scan the document to an image file on your computer.  The computer will store the image and will dial each number and send the document.

Send a fax
You can send a fax in a variety of ways. Using the control panel, you can send a blackand-
white or color fax from your HP All-in-One. You can also send a fax manually
from an attached phone. This allows you to speak with the recipient before sending
the fax.
If you frequently send faxes to the same numbers, you can set up speed dial entries.

2. Press Fax.

reinstall the printer software. deleted the existing printer software first.

Open the document feeder (number panel). Make sure that a switch actuator is not stuck down.

If you can fax to another number (this will be the best test)

Its going to be the fax machine on the other end. Either there is a problem with there fax, there line conditions (a bad line, working dosen't always mean a working fax line) or compatibility issue between the two faxes.

The only other possibility id the communications board has failed inside your machine but is unlikely if you can receive.
