Controller sound intel 8082 AC'97

Sound driver/controller is number 6. You must creat a folder on you're desktop & give it a name.

Save the driver software into that folder. The file( wdm3034_sm3.exe), will be compressed & must be uncompressed in order to install the software. Double left click the file (wdm3034_sm3.exe) & uncompress within the folder you created. This will creat another folder & within that folder will be the driver software. Try running the .exe file which will run the installation software.
If driver fails to install, try to install through the device manager.
Click the start button & slide up to & open control panel. Than double click on the system icon to open. Click the hardware tab & than click the device manager button. System Properties will open. Scroll down to Sound, video and game controller. (If the driver is currently not installed, there should be a yellow ! explaintion point showing). Right click once on the yellow ! point & left click once on update driver. Windows hardware wizard will open. Click No, not at this time. Than click the next button. Another window will open. Left click once in the circle next to, Install from a list or specific location (Advanced). Than click the next button. Again, another window will open. We want to remove the green check mark next to, Search removable media (floppy, CD-ROM...). Click the green check mark once & it will go away. Click the browse button in the next window. Find the folder you created on you're desktop & open it. High-light the folder within. Than click OK. The hardware wizard will find the correct software within the folder & install the software. If this method fails to give you sound through you're speakers. Or the device manager still shows a yellow ! point, than either the sound chip on the motherboard is defective or the audio is not enabled in the bios.
