Check if there is a reset, or clear message function. or you may try this one:

1. With the printer turned on, if there is a door for the cartridge, open it.
2. Then, if there is a "Go" button, "Print", "Copy" button, press and hold it for 10 sec.
3. Close the cartridge door or cover. Turn it off then turn it on again.

Please advise what will be the result.

You can diagnose most problems by checking the control panel LED's for ink out, paper-out or copier problem.
If a problem occurs while you're printing, you'll see an error message in the progress window on your computer.
It may also be helpful to try running a printer nozzle check.

paper jam on hp laserjet

So it sounds like the machine is not feeding paper from the paper cassette. This is a common problem.
There are 2 possibilities. 1 easy and one a little tougher. The simple fix is cleaning the paper feed tires. Just pull out the paper cassette, then remove all the paper. You will see 2 felt type pads on the spring loaded metal plate. Spray these 2 pads with some glass cleaner. Dry the metal plate a little then lock the plate down and re-install the cassette without paper! Make sure the lower tray is selected for paper feeding and press the print button. The machine should try to feed a few times then shut down with a P in the display. Reset the P using the clear key then press print again. Repeat this procedure 5 or 6 times. Then remove the tray, dry the pads a bit then re-load the paper, re-install the tray and give it a try. If dirty feed rollers were the cause then this procedure will fix it. Step 1
Turn the printer off and on to see if it can automatically clear some or all of the jam. Many printers provide an error-code listing on the front panel display for the area where the jam occurred. If your printer shows an error code, be sure and check the printer manual to see if that identifies the area of the printer where the jam occurred.
Step 2
Turn off the printer.
Step 3
Remove any paper trays. Inspect them for wrinkled or damaged paper.
Step 4
Open any other doors that give access to the printer's paper path and to the toner or ink cartridge.
Step 5
If necessary, remove the toner or ink cartridge. Place it in a bag or away from light to avoid damaging it.
Step 6
If you find a piece of jammed paper, remove it by holding it with both hands and pulling firmly. The goal is to keep the paper from tearing. If several pieces are jammed together, try pulling out the middle piece first to loosen the jam.
Step 7
If the paper does tear, try rotating the roller gears manually to free the paper. Don't force anything, though.
Step 8
Replace the toner or ink cartridge and paper trays, close any doors you opened and turn the printer back on.
Step 9
If the printer paper jam message still appears, then there is still some paper in the printer. Inspect the paper path once again.

Hello There this may work for you, it has worked for many here I given this advice so gave it a try it could work for you. Generally when this happens, something has fallen into the printer, or a piece of paper has been jammed in there.

First step, remove the ink cartridge, and turn the printer upside down and gently shake it, see if anything comes out.

If nothing goes, or you can't hear anything rattling around, get a piece of cardstock paper (60lb or heavier) and gently push this through the printer, to see if it will help push out what might be stuck in there.
And gave the rode that the ink slides on a good clean and maybe a bit oil on cloth and wipe the rod with it.

Solution: Paper is jammed. Check for any obstructions under the unit's cover, and in the paper tray.

Error Message: Scanner unit open -- > close the scanner unit
Solution: Carefully close the scanner and press it down until it clicks securely into place.

Solution: Press the ON button to turn off the Epson Stylus CX3200. Unlock the transportation lock, if necessary. If it is already unlocked, toggle the lock back and forth, 5-10 times. Turn on your Stylus CX3200 again.


Error Message: Printer error -- > See your documentation and call service if necessary.
Solution: Press the ON button to turn off the Epson Stylus CX3200. Disconnect it from power, and then reconnect it to power. Press the ON button to turn on the Stylus CX3200

Try the link above. I researched your problem. It seems to me that you may either :

a) Have some small paper stuck in the rollers, or
b) need to clean your rollers,or
c) just need to reset the paper jam message.

Either way, the link above should take you right to where you need to go. If it doesn't , just go to HP.com and then their support section , type in your printer's model, and it will take you there.
