Hi,
When a camera doesn't not start , it means that the camera display is bad. You will need replace camera with another before camera will work.

Meanly caused by VIRUS.

replace camera.

Its a hardware problem if not camera module i'm sure camera phone IC was the problem.But to make sure camera module or camera IC it need to check up more.there are no trik to solve it.I hope it help.

This error may appear where the lens is prevented from properly extending or retracting such as, for example, when pressure is applied to the lens or the area surrounding the lens while handling the camera. The error may also be displayed if the lens unit/camera has been subjected to an external shock, or if a foreign substance (i.e. liquid, sand, dirt) enters the camera.
Solution
Check the following when you operate the camera to avoid applying pressure to the lens and surrounding area:

• Hold the camera so that your fingers do not touch the lens unit when you are shooting.
• Make sure the camera is off before the camera is placed back in the case. Exercise caution to ensure that the camera does not accidentally power on while the camera is stored inside the case.

If you cannot clear the error code by turning the camera off and then on again, or if the error code is displayed frequently, a camera malfunction may have occurred. Please do rate this solution as FixYa and revert for further assistance. Thanks

WARNING: DO NOT connect the camera to your computer before installing the software.
To install the software, insert the Logitech camera software CD into your computer's CD-ROM drive. The Setup screen should appear. If it does not, please perform the following steps:

1. Click Start and then Run.
2. Type D:Setup.exe and press the Enter key.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

After the computer reboots, the driver installation for the camera will start. Do not connect the camera until the setup prompts you to connect the camera cable to your computer.
While the driver installation progresses, remove the camera and camera base from the packaging and mount the camera on the camera base.
When prompted, plug the camera into the USB port. You should see the following diagram to let you know where to plug the camera in:

After the installation is complete, the camera should be ready to use.

If there is a memory card inside the cad slot, take it out first. Open the camera. When the "high temperature camera" error appears, after it goes off, "BLOW AIR INTO THE CARD SLOT BESIDE THE CAMERA SEVERAL TIMES. I have blown air manually by my mouth. Then you can put back the memory card back or you can just simply Turn-ON sa camera. See if it work. It works fine for my CX7530 (i got this idea thru trial & error). Stupid kodak service center won't help, they just want to service my camera for almost half the price that i bought mine, & even suggested that i  should buy a new one.
