Starlite NextPlay Ipod docking alarm clock radio

Radio has worked fine for a few days. Today I put in an IPod and radio just stopped working, buttons do not work and clock is stuck. Removing Ipod doesn't help, nothing works. Unit is plugged in and receiving power. IPod also works fine.

I had the exact same problem. I even tried brand new batteries. Do they have a web site?

Lost my manual how do I turn off the alarm. If I don't want my alarm set.

Press the SET button to highlight which alarm (1 or 2) when it flashes press the function button up to 4 times to roll through the settings for which alarm you want to go off - IPOD, radio, buzzer. The fourth is OFF and OFF will start flashing. When OFF starts flashing, then stop and do not do anything for 5 seconds. Then the alarm setting of OFF will be intact. If you put on BOTH alarms, you will need to do this with alarm 2 as well. When you get back to the time if you have done it right, no alarm mode will be showing.

Lost my manual for the NP 105CR Model Next Play IPOD Dock cube. Can't figure out how to turn off a radio alarm which comes on at odd times.

The Alarm is controlled by the Set button. Press Set once, then press Function to cycle through Alarm 1 functions until the display reads OFF. If needed, press Set again, and press Function until Alarm 2 also reads OFF. Press Set a third time, and you can set the main time with the Vol +/- (minutes) and the Skip (hours) buttons. Press Set a fourth time to return to normal display.

My ipod nano isn't working

This is happening to my daughter's dock/clock too. It seems to have a short in the connection. If I jiggle it around I can get it to connect for a minute. Less than a year old, wish the warrenty was longer than just 90-days. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Nextplay

I was in Target today, and opened one of the product boxes, looked at the operations manual, and here's what it says: to set the time, press the "set" button (the button on the right with the clock icon on it) three times (relatively quickly); all the digits on the clock should be blinking.  Use the "skip" buttons to change the hour, and the "volume" buttons to change the minute.  Press the "set" button once to confirm the time and exit the function.  I tried it this way, and it worked perfectly for me.  Good luck!
