I bought my 42 inch ALBA TV from ARGOS and it cost me £500. It lasted exactly 2 years and just stopped working, The standby light continually flashes. I was told by several people that the starter panel is away on it, and that it wouldn't be worth my while to fix it. I was actually told to put my feet through the TV as it is a load of ****. I am hesitant to do this because of the cost of the TV. I rang this number and was on the phone for over half an hour and still didn't get to speak to anyone regarding this. I know that the TV is now out of warranty but surely ARGOS will have to do something?? Maybe not best to hold my breath !!

Possibly 17pw 26-3 power supply faulty several different versions on tv chassis
I have a alba 32 inch hd lcd tv was working perfect while I was in bed I fell asleep woke up in the morning went to turn the piece ov sh*t on an there is no power at all not even a standby light what could be the problem an can it be fixed ? ( HOW MUCH ABOUT ) ( I HAVE CHANGED FUSE AN WALL SOCKET STILL NO POWER )
