Hi
Try pushing on the upper left side of the brew unit when its installed. If you hear a click, it should have cleared the light. If so you need to lubricate the outlet pipe on the brew unit. It is dragging on the brew unit when you are trying to install it. This will allow it to seat correctly. Use a food grade lube like what came with your Saeco.

! light flashing... machine won't brew coffee - when i press the button to make espresso nothing happens.. I've tried all the troubleshooting options - nothing works.

The machine is sensing one of the following is not properly fitted in.
Check bean lid, brewing unit is properly latch in, dreg drawer and tray is in, and water tank. And make sure the knob is in off position. If all those are properly in ..the green light will start flashing and warming up. When it reaches the working temperature it will start rinsing and it's ready to use.

Freezer FZ175 Red Warning Light is flashing

The flashing red light indicates the problem in the temperature of the unit. The temperature is rising over then required so the red light is flashing. There are some possibilities that you will have to get checked.
1) Make sure your freezer/refrigerator door is closing properly and sealing all around. If the doors are not closing properly then this can lead to rise in temperature.
2) If doors are proper and closed properly then other possibility is to check the compressor .Check the compressor is it running properly or its not running.Beside the compressor there is a fan if the fan is running the compressor is turning on if fan is not running the compressor is not running. If the unit is not getting very cold this also indicates the problem is in the compressor section.A weak or faulty compressor causes the temperature rise problem.
3) If compressor also checks out ok then the other possibility is fault in the thermostat of the unit. The thermostat is getting overheated and this is causing the red light flashing.
4) Before replacing any part in the unit try the defrost procedure first .Keep the unit unplugged from power and keep both the freezer/refrigerator doors open .let it remain unplugged for 24 hours. Then reconnect the power and check for some time.If the unit works properly that means defrost procedure solved the problem. But if same error light comes On flashing that means the faulty part needs replacement.
You can get required parts for your refrigerator from the on-line sites like :--

Hi
Check behind the drip tray for coffee grounds. Make sure that your drip tray is locked in. If its not fully locked it, this could be your problem. If everything is removed but the brew unit, grab the handle without pushing the press button, and pull. If the brew unit comes out, it wasn't locked in. Put the drip tray in. Set the brew unit on the drip tray. Now slide the brew unit towards the machine with a little force and see if that locked it in?

Saeco Italia SUP021 YR green lights and red water light flashing

You can't manually reset. The machine will have to do it. I had the same problem, two green flashing lights with one red (water) all 3 would just keep flashing and not turn solid. No coffee can be made or hot water. I could not pump prime. The problem was the steam wand was blocked with old milk residue. It needs unblocking or you will never pump prime. I could not unscrew the steam wand...so I let it sink in a glass full of hot water for a few minutes and then turned the water knob counter clockwise to push out the softened residue. After that, everything was good. When water started flowing out of the steam wand, the red light turned off and the green lights turned solid. The obvious answer to why you can't pump prime is there is a blockage somewhere and best to start with the steam wand. --Mabada

Seaco Easy wont work/Warning light blinking always

Try descaling the machine. If there is no water getting to the brew unit then it might be blocked, if you checked the brew unit then the blockage might be at the boiler or one of the lines.

Try this remove the drain tray, dregs tray and brew unit. Clean the rails that the brew unit slides on, check the gear next to the handle of unit to make sure arrow is on the N. Then re-insert unit and trays.
