Assuming you have a mini split and not a VRF system (although it is possible the error codes are the same),the h11 code typically indicates a communications problem between the indoor and outdoor units. This could be due to loose or broken wiring, a bad connection at either end or possibly a bad communications board in either the indoor or outdoor unit.

This is a fault to do with the power inverter for your compressor in the out door unit.This is caused by :
1.compressor failure or faulty
2.Inverter card faulty,tr to use another inverter card from a working unit before buying a new one
3.Check that refrigerant standing pressure is adquate
4.Check that the capacitors start/run are not leaking,check for electrolyte leakage.Try one from the working unit

There should be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit behind the control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components. It should cover an F7 error code.

An F7 error code could be an inverter board failure. Anything else that prevents microwave energy may also cause an F7 error, and must be checked. The technician should perform the following procedure to test for an F7 error code:

1. Check the magnetron.
2. Check the magnetron TCO (it should be closed).
3. Check the 3 interlock switches.
4. Check the harness wiring.
5. Check the electronic controls.
6. Check the inverter board.

For whatever reason, LOG does not list any information on Error Codes. To find out what CH24 indicates, contact LG's Support Representative at (800) 243-0000.

In the meantime, turn the unit OFF & unplug it for 15 minutes. Then plug it back in and turn it ON. During that 15 minute timeout, the electronics may have reset themselves and reverted back to the original factory settings. From there, you can set them as you like.
