Hun, the exact same problem happened to me, except i was accepting a text message. You need a new phone, there is no saving it, sorry. I had my phone looked at by an expert, she said that there was sand (particles) in it. I kewp wondering how they got there, then she told me it was because a circuit BLEW. So... besides your phone just not working, your battery is now Dead. You could transfer your sim-card into your new phone, but you would need the number and that has many problems of it's own.

If the phone take takes a charge, but will not turn on. Press the Power/End Key (right of center) and hold it down for about 30 seconds. The phone should reset itself.

Will not send messages

If you are unable to send text make sure you have configured the message settings properly. Make sure you selected the correct format to send message and Message Center number is correct.

How to unlock the motorola c139

Press the "Menu" button and then the asterisk "*" in quick succession.

Pressing these same two buttons again will lock the phone.

(Note: the "Menu" button is the button in the center of the up, down, left, and right arrows. The asterisk "*" button is on the bottom left of the keypad.)

But... it doesnt sound like this will help your problem as i have a feeling that you have a logic board issue and even if you get it to work its going to do it again... and again... and your not the only one.... is quite common fault Do Not Choose Motorala would be a good recomendation for your next phone! maybe LG or Huawei...

I have a C139, I can't find my manual and I want to change my text from caps to normal? Do you know how?

When you get to text message screen look for the key that has the arrow pointing up. This is the key that changes your text.

My Tracfones screen will not turn on. I have taken out the batteries and put them back in, it was fully charged and I have over 600 minutes. Should I reset it, and how do you reset it?

According to the manual they suggest that the Backlight may be set to "OFF". To change this press the Menu key>Settings>Other Settings>Initial Setup>Backlight, and change it to on. If this doesn't work and you suspect that the display is truly burnt out, Go to your nearest mega store and buy a C139 tracfone for $14 and switch out your SIM card. your minutes and service should be be transfered to the new phone
