How do I get the downloaded music from my computer into the clip?

You have 2 ways to transfer your songs from your computer to your sansa clip:
1. Plug sansa clip to computer, double click on "Sansa Clip ...GB", double click on "Internal Memory", you will see the file "Music", copy your songs and paste them into Music file of the device.
2. Using Windows Media Player: open windows media player, plug sansa clip into computer, click on Sync tab, select songs that you want to sync, drag and drop song selected into "Sync list" on the right side of the windows media player (you should update wmp11), then click on button Start Sync.

Good luck

Am unable delete song...they do not show up on my computer either

I have a dffierent mp3 player Colby with a usb and I had the same problem. Try deleting the songs from the device itself. If you go into folder view if you havet hat option and choose the song it says to play or delet, at least that is what mine says. It may take awhile to do it one song at a time, but you should have the option of deleting the songs from the actual mp3 player.

I also had minenot show up, mine was do to deleting some of the software off of the player to make more room for songs. I never used podcasts and other files that came on it, so after I deleted them my songs stopped showing up. I just copy the songs to my mp3 player now, and delete them one by one. Hope this helps you.

I can't reset the whole Sansa c240 system.

Windows Media Player is the correct program.
The problem is with the songs themselves - the manual says it recognizes WMA's, but most WMA's have a DRM license on them that restricts what kind of mp3 player they will work with (if at all, and they expire over time).
Only download songs in mp3 format, and the songs will work - and they won't give you problems down the line.

My mp3 says that i don't have anymore space, but it only shows 10

I'm not sure what you are asking, but maybe my experience can help you. I was using Windows 2000 (it has no DRM) and the Sansa C240 was displayed in Windows Explorer like a removable drive. I could copy and delete files in Windows Explorer. I switched to Windows XP and when I connected the C240, no files were displayed for it in Windows Explorer. I realized that XP had DRM and all the media files had to be transfered with Windows Media Player. When I opened WMP, it recognized the C240, but it didn't list any of the mp3 files I had already loaded on the C240. WMP asked if I wanted to delete all the media currently on the C240, but I clicked No. After that, WMP worked like the old files didn't exist. It would only delete files that had been copied to the C240 when it was synced.
I would recommend that you use Windows Media Player (or WinAmp) to delete all old media files on the C240 and use the sync button to copy and delete files from the C240. See Windows Media Player help for details.

Sansa c 240... how do i download media converter?

You don't need to Get the Sansa Media Converter to Transfer song on your player. the Sansa Media Converter is used to transfer photos and videos on the Sansa.and to transfer song on the Player this is what you need to know.

the Sansa has two modes wherein it may connect to the computer, the MSC (Mass Storage Class) mode and the MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) mode. If you are transferring un-licensed, non-protected songs, you may transfer them using the MSC mode by simply copying them on to the Sansa. This mode also allows you to use the player with Audible files. If you are transferring music that you have purchased or music that are licensed and/or proctected, you would need to use the MTP mode. To transfer these files, you would need to use Windows Media Player 10 or some other Music Softwares such as Rhapsody and Napster.

If you add songs to the player in one mode, then switch to the other mode, you will not be able to see the songs from the previous mode, though the space used on the player will still reflect their presence. If you cannot see your songs on your PC in one mode, please try viewing them in the other. In order to change the USB mode of the player, you must power the player on and go to "Settings." Under "Settings," there should be a "USB" option. It would then give you the choice to change it from "Auto Detect" (MTP which is also known as Playforsure in other Sansa) to "MSC (Also known as Rhapsody in other Sansa)."

To add songs using the MSC mode, follow these steps:

1. Organize your songs into folders and place it into one directory.
2. Open "My Computer" and open the "Sansa C240" drive for your Sansa.
3. If you see 3-4 Folder there, click on Tools choose File Opdtion, there will be a Pop-up screen and choose View Tab
4. Select on Show Hidden files and Folder Option, so you can see all the files
5. Choose MUSIC Folder, double click and Drag and drop all the songs on that folder, and It will go automatically on your player. OR highlight a songs, right click select COPY, go to MUSIC folder right click then PASTE and it will be save on your Player
