The child-lock has been activated?? - probably accidentally, but someone may think you're not safe to use it. The de-activate the child lock . . .
1. Switch the cooktop on so all zone show "L"
2. Press both the + sign for the right-front zone and the - sign simultaneously. All four zones will show "0" with flashing decimal points.
3. Press the - sign again. The cooktop will switch off.
You can now switch the cooktop on and use it normally again.
