Trojan removal recently i loaded few mp3 files from my friend,s pc to my memory card and later to my pc but they are affected by trojan and unknown viruses.now what should i do to remove them at free of cost

The mobile phone has some errors in the software or a failure of the memorry card. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card using the PC. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone , now try to play the files that are loaded into the card once again.

First try this but be careful:
To remove Trojan, you must first stop any Trojan processes that are running in your computer's memory. To stop all Trojan processes, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Windows Task Manager. Click on the "Processes" tab, search for Trojan, then right-click it and select "End Process" key.

To delete Trojan registry keys, open the Windows Registry Editor by clicking on the Windows "Start" button and selecting "Run." Type "regedit" into the box and click "OK." Once the Registry Editor is open, search for the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Trojan." Right-click this registry key and select "Delete."

Finally, to completely get rid of Trojan, you must manually remove other Trojan files. These Trojan files can be in the form of EXE, DLL, LSP, TOOLBAR, BROWSER HIJACK, and/or BROWSER PLUGIN. For example, Trojan might create a file like
%PROGRAM_FILES%\Trojan\Trojan.exe. Locate and remove these files.

Download and install Spybot Search and destroy update it, go ofline (disconnect your computer from internet) then run Spybot Search and destroy by clicking on "Search for Problems", in few minutes it will list up all the problems including Virus trojan etc.., click on "Fix problem",

That will remove all trojans

install mcafee and remove viruses.. it probably w32 worm can be w32 sality. remove viruses from baground processes. use card reader and remove viruses from mcard using anti virus program

Hi im josh in cebu phils. may i help you? friend if that happens where your card is empty and it says full. Friend that is a symptom of a virus attacked. try to check or scan your memory disk. Most of the virus  namely  "trojan" causes this kind of problem. and if you don't have any important files inside the memory card then try to format to remove all the viruses that are hiding in your memory card. good luck friend!

do Online scanning. It will automatically detect the trojan and any other virus in case this trojan is worm and affected other files, so everything will be removed automatically.

do u have any antivirus which is boot from cd. it will help u in this time to remove all your virus and ohterwise u can updated file from any pc from the internet and install it and try to clean your pc for virus

do not download that spyware, use spybot.com for that, it is safe and easy to use... you can also goto cnet.com and use Adaware which is very good for spyware issues.. please let me know if you have more difficulty.. do you have some sort of security on your pc or router? i hope this helps clean up your pc, it works for me all the time.. i run both the programs just to see sometimes what one will find versus the other.. good luck.. d

A few suggestions (Not in any particular order)

Format the SD card in the PC, Make sure the songs are in MP3 format, (In XP use windows audio converter to change if needed), make sure the MP3 files have a bit rate of 128 kbps or less. Make sure the phone is set to 'data connection' not 'memory
card connection' because the phone cant see the files, connect the SD memory card to the PC, use 'my computer' to view folders, you should have an 'audio folder' if your MP3's are contained in folders try removing each MP3 file from its folder and place directly into audio folder (cut & paste) delete the empty folders, you can organise any playlist's on the phone. If possible download WMP11 & Moto multimedia Plug-in, (makes loading a bit easier). Chris
