When i turn on nokia 5310 it ask pin code, show nokia startup logo and after this going to flashing and turns off.

that could be 2 things.. the battery is not good anymore or ur phone needs some cleaning try cleaning the insides of ur phone with clean cotton buds. let it sit and charge for 30 mins and try turning ur phone on again if this doesnt help try replacing the battery with a new one.
