If you are getting an error message that states USER INTERVENTION
REQUIRED or USE PRINTER OFFLINE, the printer driver may have become
disabled. Please follow the directions below to resolve this issue.
Please note that the printer must be in an online state/Print mode.
WINDOWS 95/98/ME/NT/2000
1. Click on START, SETTINGS, and PRINTERS.
2. Highlight the icon of your printer with a single click.
3. Click on FILE.
4. The only check mark showing should be beside SET AS DEFAULT.
5. Ensure that there is no check mark beside PAUSE PRINTING or USE PRINTER OFFLINE.
6. Simply click on the check marks to remove it.
7. Try printing.
WINDOWS XP
1. (a. Click START select CONTROL PANEL and click on PRINTERS AND FAXES.
