Hello,

You should have your computer's RAM checked for problems. It sounds like you may have a stick that has gone bad. You can run a test yourself by downloading memtest, or you can have a local tech take a look at it.

You can find a CD image for memtest here: http://www.memtest.org/#downiso

Windows 7 Blue screen at start up. Shows "Starting Windows" then memory dump/ blue screen. Recovery = No points created by the owner. Roll Back = Tried the 3 points for installs which all still...

Hi,
Operating System does not respond is the major problem.
This is a very commonly faced error by the users of the Windows 7 which leads to the Blue Screen of death to the system. The error message appears on the computer screen in the following form: "Windows Operating System is not responding" along with two options one "Close the Program" and other "Wait for the program to respond". But whenever the user attempts to close the program he comes up with a serious data loss. To solve this problem apply different troubling shooting methods or take help of the technical experts.

Memory dump

There are essentially two major causes of the physical memory dump screen: Running way to many programs at once, errors in the Windows registry. The first cause can be fixed rather easily. Simply run fewer programs or purchase additional RAM or processor upgrades. Your computer is running past its specified limits. But keep in mind the blue screen of
death should happen very infrequently. If you see the physical memory dump blue screen more often then the problem is errors in the Windows registry. This is a more abit of a harder problem to deal with. The registry is the most important component of your computer. The registry contains settings and information to run all software and hardware on the computers. When there are errors in the registry it disrupts the computers ability to communicate. When the system cannot compute, it freezes up and displays the Windows blue screen.
I found a registry cleaner that is free and works rather well. It is named cCleaner, has been around for some time and did I mention FREE...Download it from thelink below run it should clean up your registry...where good men fear to tread.
