My manual for P4P800-VM says :-
Mode Dimm A1 DimmA2 DIMM b1 dIMM b2
single ch 1 populated
2 populated
3 populated
4 populated
---------------------------------------- ----------------------------------
Dual ch 1 populated populated
2 populated populated
3 populated popuated populated populated
for dual channel 3 configuration you may
install identical dimms in all four sockets or
identical in A1 and B1 [blue ]
and identical in dimm A2 and dimm B2 [black sockets ].
Probably same as yours
Good luck

DDR-400/PC-3200

if the memory supports those frequencies, in most cases it would work, now depending if the board is proprietary, like dell or some hp's, then you may run into compatibility issues. you can find this information from the manufactures website.

How to fit an extra memory module to a samsung netbook n102s

As i know netbook only have 1 DIMM slot, that mean you can't install another module on that netbook, but you can replace the current module (1 GB) with your 2 GB module.

Where can I get a user manual for a CISNET model C133-B81 computer ... can't find anything on the ZT Group website. I am looking for info on the maximum RAM capacity and type of RAM installed.

In an attempt at finding your user manual, I dicovered that this is the closest thing they have. So... What I would do is follow the directions in the link above for removing the memory. Then I would read the label to determine what kind of memory is in it. If it is DDR1 (PC-1600 - PC-3200) then the max will be 1 GB x no of slots your machine has, Thus if you have two slots your max will be 2 GB (1 GB x 2 slots = 2 GB). If it is DDR2 (PC2-3200 - PC2-8500) then you max will be 2GB x no of slots. If it is DDR3 (PC3-6400 - PC3-17000) then the max will be 4 GB x no of slots.

Best regards

Memory upgrade issue

Most ram has to go in pairs. Buy another stick of the 1GB, and it will run fine.

Which RAM to use for Soltek SL-75DRV/-v

Leif: The difference in the numbers (2700 versus 3200) is speed rating-- basically, the higher the number the faster the RAM. Your computer is currently using 2700, so it's safe to use 3200, it's just faster than is currently used/specified.
Your computer is a Socket A - AMD Via-based board, so it is likely the motherboard will accept 1 GB memory modules. With three slots open, you would want to buy 2, 1-GB modules for best results. At current pricing, that would cost about $100. 2- 512MB modules would be next-best and around $55. Be sure to place the two modules in the slots next to each other, and closest to the processor for best results.
