my youtube videos does not buffer on flash player but it plays on standard but wat should i do to play it on flash player?

Please don't try to flash firmware Because some time Mobile memory get crashed so Please visit Your nearest Nokia service center They will flash it proper method & there is no risk in this They do it 100% working.
