Might try removing or disconnecting the alarm to see if you have tripped an anti-theft circuit on the bike. If you have then you'll need to refer to your owner manual or local Honda dealer.
If the bike works fine without the alarm then I would reset the alarm. I found the manual on Google pretty quickly

The Spy 5000m is a great alarm but difficult to install.

You need to adjust the tachometer sensing wire, it usually wraps around a spark plug wire so I can sense when the car starts. On my spy alarm, the wire was grey. Hope this helps.

On its underside, there should be a screw that, when unscrewed, allows you to open its stomach and insert batteries.
