Nuvi 200W series: need language change

Recently bought A Nuvi 200W GPS, which was at first in English... In my prowling trying to learn how to use it evidently got into Extras or Options and inadvertantly changed the language, because now it is in Russian. Unfortunately I can't read Russian and being new to GPS I can't read any menus to change the language back to English, can you help me?

I have the same problem. Very poor software that does not allow you to easily change language option if you select wrong option.

Pushed a wrong button and up came some foreign language. How do I get back English?

same problem, still have the nuvi showing english but it is speaking something else. want to know how to adjust it back to english. thanks

If you don't know foreing language displayed try follow that to change it to English:
- touch Tool icon
- touch upper left icon
- touch Down arrow 1 time
- touch upper ( of four) line

You'll find 3 buttons on the right Upper/Middle/Lower and 2 on the bottom

Depress Middle one, then using Up/Down arrows select *English and OK

Press Settings(the spanner symbol)
Press Language (Lips Symbol)
You'll see 3 items. One for Voice Language, one for Text Language and one for keyboard.
If you need to change the voice to english Press Voice Language and select english.
If you need to change the text to english press Text Language and select english

Change the language on the garmin nuvi 1300

I have just bought a garmin nuvi 1300 and when turned it on the language is german or dutch. We need english but cannot figure out how to change to that seleciton. Help??

Changing instructions to english?

Hi , Yes you can change the language.
Select Settings then Language.
You can then change the language for voice, text and also keyboard layout.
I hope this helps you out!

I just got a garman nuvi gps 200 and it is all new to me some how I need to change the language back to english. Can you help tks.

Turn Garmin ON.
Click on TOOLS(bottom right corner)
Click on Settings (upper left corner)
Scroll down arrow (right bottom of screen)
Click on Red Lips Language (upper left corner)
YOUR CHOICES ARE HERE,
Voice :American English,
Text:American English
Key Board :American English

Can't Change back to english

Press Wrench.
Press the button with the picture of gears on it.
Press Down arrow.
Choose second menu item from the top.
Press the middle of the 3 boxes on the right.
Press up arrow to find American or British English.
