By power pack do you mean the actual battery or the charger unit that plugs into the wall to charge or power your Palmcorder? Either way, bot are available on Ebay as universal units and you should make sure the charger or battery pack is for or a 6 volt capacity. Many chargers for these Palmcorders are labeled as VHS-C / 8MM, that should work with your camera. Universal battery packs are made reversable, meaning that you can flip the battery to accomodate several other camcorder models. I've replaced my batteries and charger for my Panasonic Palmcorder from Ebay.
I have purchased many of these and they are the same specs as the OEM ones but they have alligator clips on the end one is red and the other is black, just connect the red one to the positive side of the batter and the black one to the negative side of the battery, they also have a led indicator light to let you know when charging is complete
Hello! Due to Charger Voltage Compatibility: Never use a battery charger unless the battery voltage matches the output voltage rating of the charger...Therefore do not use a 6-volt charger on a 12-volt battery and visa-versa... guru........... saailer
A 6 Volt charger will charge a 12 Volt battery, it will just take twice the time to get the 12 Volt battery to full charge as a 12 Volt charger would take. V*I=W. It will take up to 36 hours to get a full charge from near dead but it will work just fine.

mcdevito75 here, Unless your toy has a 12 volt Battery, your auto battery charger will not work. BUT just in case, There is ared battery cable and a blck battery cable on the toy and-- a red clamp and a black clamp on the charger, Hook the red clamp to the red battery wire and the black clamp to the black battery wire, now you need to know the batterys voltage in the toy and MOST OF ALL your AUTO charger is designed only for car, truck batteries as these batteries are the wet cell type, that is unless your toy has a wet cell battery, if the battery in the Leapstar looks like a car battery count the caps on top of the battery if thwere are 6 caps the battery is 12 volt if only 3 caps the battery is 6 volts. Check with leapstar for the correct charger.
Howdy,
Most office supply stores and home supply stores, Office Max, Office Depot, Staples, Home Depot, Lowes, carry a Universal AC Adaptor that has multiple voltage settings with multiple plugs that fit a variety of low voltage charger connections.
