Free download for a Genius ColorPage-Vivid 4Xe for operating system Windows . (I have the original cd when I bought it),but always have problems installing the scanner. It normally shutdown the computer and afterwards siad the computer has recover from a serious error. Pls help asap email adress:[email protected]

There is definitely a problem with your Scanner driver. You have to carefully reinstall the driver which is made for your Windows that you are using otherwise it can be corrupt and It will give you problems in the long run.
Your Windows should be the following and no other or you will have problems

Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP
