How do I know that I have a Maxkon Product?
How can I contact Maxkon?
There is no proof that I received even a Maxkon product. The inststruction Brochure is never mentioning the Word "Maxkon", the product looks very cheap and used. What's going on with Maxkon? Why is there no contact address, home address, email, warrenty, proof of genuity or original product?

I bought a CrazySales a Maxkon Powerful High Pressure Multipurpose Commercial Steam Cleaner. I am afraid to use it, because it was delivered without proper packaging. The Maxkon was not in a plastic wrap, all the other parts were flying in the box.
The Maxkon looks used and cheap, the wheels look used. In the Instruction Brochure there is not one named the product by name "Maxkon", no proof of origin, no address to contact. What did I buy? I have never been in such a stress about a new product. And also the situation, that a customer feels completely lost and tricked. Are you not respecting your customers? Or is this Maxkon Steam Cleaner a fake product, which CrazySales is selling as Orignal?

If you have a receipt for the product you purchased, you can probably go back to the store you bought it from or contact the company the key belongs to. You will most likely be asked to provide some sort of proof, however.
Return to the store with the product and demand a refund/ new product. Sometimes, though admittedly I wouldn't know with this particular product, you can contact customer service of the product and with proof of purchase they will give you a new key.
I'm sorry, but that would be software piracy. You must purchase the product in order to receive the product key. If you have lost your product key, try contacting Microsoft Support along with some proof of purchase.
If this is the case you need to contact microsoft directly so that they can validate or provide you with a different key. You will need your proof of purchase handy before you contact them.Hope this helps.
The best route to resolve your issue is to contact Norton they may ask you for your proof of purchase, once they receive it they should issue you a new key.
