SOURCE: Oven won't work
It is likely that the safety fues in the back of the unit has failed. This is accessed by removing the back panel of the unit. It is usually located just to the left and up from the center of the back wall. be sure to remove power from the unit before removing the back cover.

Hi Thanks For The Question. I Would Check The Bake Element. Replace The Bake Element .Thanks The Appliance Doc
SOURCE: Frigidaire Gallery stove, oven won't heat up (electric)
With the oven OFF, check the resistance of the bake element with a ohmmeter on the lowest scale. Rx1. If your reading is infinate, replace the element as most elements will open circuit when they burn out. They don't short out.

Have you checked the main breaker or fuse for the stove? (lucky you did not get shocked.)
Do you have power to the stove elements?
If you have power to the stove elements, then I would look for a burned out wire in the path from the controls to the element. First place to start would be at the actual connection to the elements.
And glad to see you are still with us to ask this question. (((SMILE)))

Hello steve o - Typically error code F11 indicates a shorted keypad. Try resetting the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. This usually will clear most false error codes. Wait approximately ten minutes and if the error code does not clear contact a professional to move forward accurately. Most likely the EOC on the range will need replacing.
