How can used my cash register (TK 3200) if it is error in.. if i click sub total?

Turn key to PGM mode.
0 cash subtotal.
Turn key back to register mode

Hi Luis - Error code 015 refers to Receipt Paper End.

Error code 014: Receipt paper end (1/2) RECEIPT PAPER EN (plain English message)
Error code 015: Receipt paper end (2/2) D

There are several versions of the TK-3200 manual but this one lists the error code you want:

This error occurs when you turn the key when you have not completed a sale or x/z reading.

Turn key to last know position hit Subtotal or Cash to complete.

It depends whether you have lost the cash key from the keyboard, or just have a preset programmed to it. Firstly, try this:
Turn key to program mode1 subtotal0 cashsubtotal
Now try it.

It sounds like you have a lock out high amount limitation.

In the subject put the Eo37 error code so I know it it from you. The picture explains it, I will try to explain it since it will not let me paste a picture on here. On one of the programming keys it has been programmed (came that way, or accidentally done) that locks the register if a certain limitation of amont of money has been totaled. In your case $30.00. The manual should show or tell you how to unprogram or change the high amount limitation.

Hi.
Try a flag clear:

Turn key to PROGRAM mode.
Turn power off at wall.
Hold RECEIPT FEED down - keep your finger on it.
Turn power on at wall.
Wait 5 seconds, then let go of RECEIPT FEED.
You should see "FFFFFFFFFF" on display.
Press SUBTOTAL.

Now turn key back REG mode and try it.
