Check your security settings for Outbound email server. The credentials must match - correct username/email and password. The correct authentication type and encryption must be selected as well as the correct port number. Encryption examples: SSL port 465 TLS port 587 SMTP port 25(none). Keep in mind that some email hosting companies will change the default ports, so you may need to contact support or just do a web search for the correct smtp(outbound) port settings and server config settings.
