hi, all you need do is to get an expert to help you change the FLEX..it is the flex that is faulty.

Look on HowardForums there are tutorials for that.

it will be in setting> phone > restore factory setting.

speakers have gone best getting a new phone it would cost more to replace speakers

you have a prob in its flex connector or worst you have a defective LCD...

 

try replacing flex first..

Hi, before sending it in or taking it to a Motorola repair station, try this. Open phone turn it over so camera is facing you with finger behind and thumb of your right hand sweeze the area between camera lens and the vol up down button to reseat the ribbon connector that is located in that area between the cases. This worked for me and it is worth trying.

have the phone's firmware reflash on the phone

This happens alot to my phone... I take my sim card and put it in a spare cell phone that i have and then switch it back into my razr, it works everytime
