There may be a fuse that has blown on the control box?

Growing up our antenna rotator gears stripped themselves and the antenna just spun freely. For many years we just tied a light rope to one end of the antenna and basically went outside and turned it from the ground by pulling the rope and tying the other end to a garden steak. We didn't have much money till after us kids grew up and moved out, my dad got satellite TV. Good luck!

Rope lights

Hmmm a lot of rope lights are just mini xmass tree lights inside a plastic tube. If one of the bulbs burns out for that section the it takes the whole section out. Sounds like it's time for a new led rope light.

How do i fix christmas tree lights

Assuming the wires to be good, if the string of lights consists of more than one section (for example, a string of 100 lights is made up of two sections of 50 lights each) and the lights of only one section are out, you have a bad bulb (or possibly more than one) that must be located and replaced. If your light string is only a single section set (a set of 50 or 35 or 10), it's most likely also a bad bulb but it could also be one of the fuses located in the plug. Light sets come with a few replacement bulbs and usually two fuses. Take the plug and slide open the little compartment door and you'll see them. Replace them and try the set. If it still doesn't work, it's a bad bulb. On multiple-section sets, the fuses in the plug power all the sections, so a working section eliminates the fuses as suspect.

My jump rope came all rolled up in the package. Now it wants to stay in the twisted shape it was when I got it. The result is that I can only jump a few times before it twists on itself and trips me or...

the only thing that I can think of doing is to hang the jump rope over a beam in the house or garage and tape light weights to the handles and let it hang there for a day or two,,, this should straighten out the rope. NOTE : when hanging the rope over the beam -- take a towel and fold it up many times and place this on the beam first before you put the rope on it,, this will make sure the rope takes a nice slow gentle bend down to the floor ( not creasing it ) ---if a beam is not availible you could get the same effect by drapping it over a closet/bedroom door --- don't forget your towel ).

We purchased an Everstar pre-lit Christmas Tree and we can not locate the manual or instructions that came with the tree any help since half the tree doesn't light up and all the plugs are plugged in....

Millie, Get an extension cord. Unplug all of the plugs, then test each one individually with your extension cord. You may have just one cord that is bad, and you can isolate it this way. It is probably a blown fuse in that one set. The male end of the bad set (the end with the two metal prongs) probably has a plug that pulls apart to reveal two small fuses inside. Look at the plug closely, it isn't obvious that it opens. The fuses are little glass cylinders with a metal cap on each end. If you can't tell by looking at the fuses if they are blown, then you can switch them with other known good fuses to be sure before you go search for new fuses. Good luck and Merry Christmas. Al K

Reindeer rope light sculpture break in wire can it be fixed

hi, if the break is in the electrical wire then yes it can be fixed if their is enough wire their to splice it together and put some electrical insulation tape round it then you can try doing that or if their isnt enough wire their you could use an extra piece of wire and just splice this in then wrap around with insulation tape to ensure their are no bare wires showing and then you should be ok.

Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
