This helps to produce speed and memory efficiency in your operating system by reusing the same code or file to run many functions by various programs. An error occurs when program aren't allowed to access this code.

Now, if you able to access the XP in safe mode, You could go to :-

Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Restore.

Select a restore point and it's all done.

Unless, the only User Fixable option is to Repair the Windows. Put the XP disk in tray and run Repair. Once repaired, it would fix the problem.

Hii, you can download all the driver of your Intel motherboard including graphics(VGA) at http://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx?iid=gg_work+home_dowloads# . Go this site and at the left hand side, go to the desktop board and select your exact motherboard model. After selecting the model you just download the driver as per your requirement and install it.

Install that video card in the system and then disable the video Intel video chipset that is on your motherboard. (You can find closeout and refurbished video cards that might work well on sites like eBay or geeks.com)
