Canon ir5000 E20 and E000350-3000 First, I had the problem E20 then appears the E000350-3000 problem, Now I can not use the Copier. Please Help Me

this is scanning lamp problem

Dirty sensor inside finisher, blow whole thing out with air. Sensors look like small black c-shaped with connector with three to four wires. Dust dirt block when not supposed to be blocked. Shutter open sensor does not turn on when the #2 feed motor has been rotated CCW for 1 second.

there could be a small piece of paper stuck wehre the vertical path sensor is. it is showing a stationary jam at the vertical path 3 paper sensor. there is more than likely a sensor that has become wedged or has a piece of paper holding the sensor closed instead of open in or around drawer #3

Main cause: The machine is not receiving toner properly because 1)The hopper connector is left disconnected. 2) The hopper motor (M9/M10) is faulty.3) The toner sensor (TS1/TS2) is faulty. 4) The DC controller PCB is faulty.
If you recently added toner, recheck that area.
Basically the copier is trying to add toner and is not getting it.

You need to have the hard drive "Flashed" with the correct software. They come from Canon blank, you need to find a tech to flash the HD for you. If your question is if one would work in the other copier, the aswer is yes, but you need to have the printting software on that HD if you want it to print.... Good Luck.... Just for your info. you may want to ask your question in English if you want a respones from one of the techs.

this is a code for detection of no or faulty charge to the drum open front door remove toner hopper take out primary charge unit see if any wires are broke on grid , then see if the wires underneath the grid are still there... if all seems ok gently clean the grid with cloth and windex then clean wires underneath dont break grid wires . put it back in let me know

assuming it is a black patch of toner, the drum blade needs changing or the waste toner mechanism needs to be looked at

cant be done with the ir5000s, only the ir5000i. The 5000s only does whats called "pull scanning", where you put the document on the copier and then go to your computer and use an application to "pull" the scan from the copier to your desktop. You can then attach the image to an email and send it that way.
