My Epson TX111 scanner error, after push power on it sound not good on scanner, and motor of scanner lamp will not stop. After proccesing the motor stop but all off the lamp blink.

Sound like the scanner is the issue, is it under warranty? OR the Scanner may be locked, check for the scanner release device unlock it,.

SC 601 = SCP board PWB J malfunction or scanner motor malfunction.Scanner motor located in rear parts right side and the PWB J panel in the right side of copier.Try open and closed the front door,push the trouble reset switch,if the error code persisit change the scanner motor or PWBJ.Move the scanner manually,turn ON the power switch,if the scanner exposure lamp move,working the scanner motor is OK.Check the scanner home position sensor.

Put in the empty cartridge so that the printer/scanner can still work cli-8c

your printer's black ink is empty already you need to change the cartridge or refill the black ink.

there's a trouble on your printer board or may be your connection between cartridge with printer is dirty. You can clean using printer cleaner. similiar with alcohol, but its not alcohol.
