I downloaded a copy of Home & Landscape Design with NexGen Technology v2 to replace my out-of-date 3D Home Architect. It took 5+ hours to download, even-though I have a high-speed internet connection. After it downloaded, it wouldn't execute (.exe). My order no. is 30073193. Can I replace it with another copy at high download speed? I have a Vista operating system and my system is large enough, etc. Please help. Thank you

You should be able to go back to the website and try to re download the program. If you still have issues with installing and accessing it you may want to contact their support team for assistance. It shouldn't have taken that long to download the program, especially at high speed. Another thing I would recommend to do would to go to the website and check the compatibility with the program and your system. It may require some sort of upgrade to a driver or memory. Let me know what happens after you go to the programs website to check for any compatibility issues and such. I will assist you further at that time if need be.
