SOURCE: Cannot draw soap or cleaning

You first must slide the nozzle forward to the low pressure setting for it to inject any detergent. It will only draw the detergent in low pressure mode. If it still will not draw up the detergent, then the injector may be clogged. It must be throughly flushed with clean water for about 2 minutes after each use, otherwise the detergent will clog the injector. First make sure the filter at the end of the hose is clean. Also clean the orifice at the end of the wand to make sure it is not partially clogged which would prevent it from spraying in low pressure mode. The unit came with a tool for this purpose. Even a small piece of debris will prevent it from entering low pressure mode enough for it to siphon the detergent. If none of this works then more than likely there is dry deterrent clogging the check valve. You will have to remove the part where the plastic low pressure injector hose connects to the pump and clean it out, The ball bearing is more than likely stuck.

SOURCE: HI. My Comet FWS 4030

The red knob is to regulate the pressure. The soap siphon should be hooked up to the pump at the high pressure outlet and the pressure hose hooks up to it. You do just have to drop the tube into your soap solution but I recommend you dilute the soap down as the siphon usually sucks the solution up fairly fast. The trick to making it work is to use the low pressure, soap tip on your wand. They are black and help fan the water/soap out but give no resistance to the water coming out. If you are using a high pressure tip, usually red, yellow, white or green, there will be too much back pressure in the hose and siphon attachment for it to **** up any solution.

How do I solve my problem with my pressure washer not sending soap?

Pressure washers usually will not draw soap on high pressure setting. Switch wand or set wand to lower setting. Pin hole leak in soap line can also cause problem.

Will not siphon

This model pressure washer will only siphon from the soap dispenser when you have the low-pressure nozzle attached and then will only sort of dribble out the suds. Good for sudsing, but no good for cleaning. You'll have to suds 1st then change to a highwe pressure spray nozzle to perform the actual cleaning. If it won't siphon with the low pressure nozzle either, then check for a blockage (old, dried soap) in the suction line tubing. Hope this helps!!

Why the water is running from detergent siphoning tube?

The siphoning mechanism on almost all power washers use "The Venturi" effect to suck up the detergent. Basically, there's no pump...the force of the water passing the siphon hose causes a vacuum which draws the detergent up the tube. There's a small ball that is supposed to fall and block the tube when the trigger is released so it sounds like it got jammed up in there somehow. You could it apart and free it up but I would recommend just purchasing an external detergent dispenser. Home Depot carries them for about 15 bucks. They allow you to use soap with high pressure and bypass the always problematic siphon system.

How do I get the soap started

with most pressure washers, the soap is mixed before the pump. in order for this to work correctly you must use the black spray tip. It is much larger then the others and delivers the soap at a much lower pressure. put the soap tube in the soap solution and it will be drawn up and out the tip.

How do I get my Power Washer to spray with soap in the water?

You will need to adjust the pressure to low pressure by adjusting the lance. This way the machine will draw chemical at low pressure.

The hose going to the soap-intake has probably fell off and the ball and spring that should be inside the intake has fallen out.. Find them or buy new. I have the exact same problem.. :-/

On my karcher pressure washer, how do i get the soap to come out of the spray nozzle?

Two nozzels came with your washer one has a cone shaped head, the other one is blunt, attach the blunt one to the trigger. You will notice on the barrel of the nozzel it says "mix" turn the indicator line to "mix" and it should work. This is a very low pressure setting and is used to "apply" the soap only. You cannot despense soap in the hight pressure mode.
