Remove one at a time, and try to reboot, alternate one for the other. Remove the battery, leave battery out, and unplug each time during process. The Cap Lock? Does the HDD led blink? Do you get anything on the screen?
Three blinks in a row is the LED code for a memory issue.
Turn the laptop over, remove the panel over the RAM, remove the DIMMs (it will likely have 2 in it), place one in at a time and try powering the system on.
One of the two is likely bad although it is possible (although very unlikely) that both are bad. It should boot up when the good DIMM is in place. Once you have identified the bad one, buy a replacement or possible choose to upgrade the total amount of RAM.
1st Steve I would remove the hard drive and power up and see if you can enter the bios by tapping either F2 or Del keys. If you can get into the bios then great. Shut down and refit the HDD. Try and enter the bios again and see if the hdd is recognised. If not then the hdd is finished. If it does show then your windows installation is corrupt. Try starting it up with your windows cd in the drive and point the bios startup to see the drive a 1st boot device. If this works then try and perform a repair of windows from the disk.
have you enabled the bluetooth device yet
type into your search bar bluetooth and see where it takes you
have a look in device manager to see if it is in there and no yellow marks beside it
if necc go to the compaq website to download the bluetooth driver
go to support/downloads search for pressario CQ60 your operating system
then scroll down to find the bluetooth driver
download it
install it
restart laptop hopefully all will be good
