Make sure the filter is clean and also make sure the coils are cleaned. If these are clogged they will restrict airflow which will cause the coils not to remove the humidity from the air. LG recommends that you clean the air filter every 2 weeks. They also include a brush to clean the coils. If this still does not work you will need to contact LG for service or a replacement. They have a 5 year warranty on them so the ones that you guys have should still be under warranty. Make sure that you have your reciept when you contact them to prove that it is still under warranty. Have same problem. 1yr old runs fine just does not collect any water. Need help or LG to replace unit.
