I have a Frigidaire GLTF2940FS front load washer that leaks water into the drawer of the stand it sits on. how can i tell where the water is coming from?

That's what I thought was wrong with mine to I had 1.75 in change and a piece of a wash clothe in the screen. I toke all that out and it still leaked. Took it apart further and found a piece of the weight that is made out of cement broke of and rubbed through the drum. That sounds like junk to me!!!

Hello - The error code "E20" typically means the water is not draining properly or not pumping out fast enough. Does the washer making a humming noise? The unit may possibly have a faulty pump or control board.

Check if the leak is from the tap or hose. Is it leaking out the front?..Could be door seal, from inside could be pump or blocked detergent drawer/hose...Water and electricity don't mix! probably best to call a tech!!!.........Nomess

If you hear of a solution, let everyone know. Our machine did the same thing. From the research I have seen, GE makes **** machines and I will NEVER buy a GE product again.

I have an error code chart that came with mine and it says a few different things for E10. 1st says water not entering washer. 2nd says water leaks. 3rd soap dispenser drawer is open. In another post there was something about a magnet needed in the drawer too. But I would suggest checking your hoses and making sure you have water and the drawer is completly closed.

When you are looking at the drawer, the magnet stands upright on the far right side just inside the outer front casing about halfway down. There is a small plastic clip that holds it in place. You don't need to take anything apart to reinsert the magnet, just open the drawer, but it may be easier to see the location if you pull the drawer all the way out of the hole.

could be a loose hose to the drum from the dispenser or a tape still in the dispenser not taken off.
