TOSHIBA eStudio 167, connected as USB from both sides, installed the Viewer (from the CD), on XP OS. 1. When using the PHOTOCOPY from the device, it print perfect. 2. When Scanning from the PC, it scan perfect. 3. When printing from the PC, with A4 paper size, and A4 paper feed into the printer, it return error: C2 Driver [TOSHIBA e-STUDIO167] Printing "Test Page", Page 1 No cassette with paper of the size requested is available.

Try double check the paper size settings on the driver.

    The papers are A4, and the mark on the printer shows it is A4. The question to double check the setting: "How to print the setting of the printer?"

Drivers for this product. for Windows XP
Does your estudio 250 have the "print option" installed? Most newer Toshiba copiers have the parallel port on the machine, however it has to be enabled by adding a print kit or print option.
