How do I open/download the user manual for SAMSUNG SCX-3205 printer. When I click on user manual only the front page opens.

Firstly I MIGHT be wrong but there does not appear to be a Samsung scx-3450w !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am hoping that you meant the scx-3405w

I wasn't able to get to the exact page where your drivers are located for free download without your model/serial number. that number is on a sticker on the back panel of the printer. the manual and drivers can be downloaded here:
http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads
from that page select the printers category, then black and white multifunction devices subcategory, then the scx-4521f from the model name, then the model/serial number from the model code category. then click the "find it" button to download the drivers and user manual.

If not goto www.samsung.com and then where it says find enter
SCX-4200 the results will be the support pages for it. Click on any and that will bring it up. Next click on software and that is the Smarthru software download.

Its worth saving or bookmarking the support page so you can easily download drivers or manuals if needed.

• On the page which opens, click on "Drivers" link, then select and download the drivers according to the operating system of your computer (Windows Xp/ Vista..)

I have provided a link to the Samsung support website. When the following page opens (listing manuals), click on the "Driver" link and find the correct file for Win 7: (looks like driver version 3.01, multi-language self-extracting exe file, first in the list)
