I would reset the CMOS. This is done by removing that CMOS battery. Also, find the jumper that says "J-21" and move it to the alternative position. The jumper is located on the motherboard. Boot up without that battery in , and choose "Reset" that should clear out the junk. Also, replace the battery. Go to www.intel.com and look for a "bios update" the DG is a value board. a huge value board and one of Intel's bummer boards. Update the firmware. Once you do that, you should be good to go.
