Super is for "alot of new unfrozen food", when the unit is loaded with a major amount of new food, super should be activated, the unit will go into long deep cycle without defrost cycle being activated, once food is frozen, turn off Super mode. This cycle is very uneconomical and should only be used in extreme circumstances. Hope that helps....Russ
If this was my fridge
I would give it a soft kick with my right foot/ your left
nothing happens
empty the fridge
push the off switch
should the unbeliveable happen that the frozen part would start to melt
then I put some boiling water in a wash basin in the fridge and a few towels on the floor-we don´t want water on the floor, do we?
when all the "frozen places" have disapperaed .
clean the fridge´s insides
push the on button and close the door properly
wait for 30 min open again and see if the places that are supposed to be frozen arn´t frozen
if they are put the good things back into the fridge
and have a good cup of coffee
Good luck
