I have a HP Officejet Pro L7680 and have enjoyed a year of problem free use. Now the printer says "Ink Cartridge Problem" :The following ink cartridge appears to be missing or damaged" "K" Yellow Ink Cartridge. I have physically cleaned, replaced, powered off, reset defaults with no change. I have run the align/clean tools and no change. From the printer console I have checked ink levels and the Yellow Ink shows almost full. What am I missing? Thanks

the yellow cartridge is '' Y" and not K , you have a problem with the black carteidge "K" replace the black and tell me what is the new message, i will help you. i'm online

    Sorry, that was a typo. It shpuld have been "Y".

You need to replace the Yellow cartridge
with a new one couse the old one either
has expire or has problem with the chip
on cartridge
