To select a ring pattern for your telephone press: EXIT + "lift handset button" +
# 0 0 + EXIT + starbutton 3 2 + ring (choose ringtone 1 - 8 ) then press # "star" 0 0 to set
ringtone. There is only possible to change the ring pattern, not the sound it self.

With the handset on the hook press the conf button (the one with three phones on it).
The phone should ring with your current ringtone. Each press of the conf button will advance to the next tone.
pick up the handset and put it down again to select the ringtone.
