Require schematicwiring ofma400 and high power 2 lutron dimmer

You can access Lutron's Wiring Library here:

http://www.lutron.com/Service-Support/Technical/Pages/WiringDiagrams.aspx

I couldn't find an MA-400 or High Power 2 dimmer, so you might want to double check the model numbers and look for a match in the link above.

Need the wiring diagram for MAW-603-rh-wh

http://www.lutron.com/TechnicalDocumentLibrary/0301122A.pdf

On the first page, its the wiring diagram smack-dab in the middle.
If you couldn't find it before, its because the MAW-603-RH-WH is a package containing two other products, the MA-600 and the MA-R. So the instructions I have noted above are appropriate.

You posted under Maestro fan-light dimer, but don't say what type of wall device this is.
It sounds like electronic switch.

1) Surge might have burned out device electronics.
Turn off circuit breaker and see if device resets itself.

My Lutron dimmer/lights suddenly will not turn on. all electricity works throughout the house. The green light that usually is lit on the panel is not on either. any suggestions?

Indicator light is OFF.
Either dimmer stopped working or power to dimmer is off.
Check if electricity is present inside box.
Check nearby electrical plug to see if everything nearby has power.
Swap dimmer with regular switch and see if lights turn ON.
Check dimmer wires: if wires to dimmer are pushed into 'quick connect' holes on back of dimmer, these wires can get loose.
If dimmer is connected by wire nut, sometimes a wire can pull loose.
If no electricity is inside the box, and breaker is ON, then there is a loose wire inside one of the boxes on that circuit and electrician has to track back until loose wire is discovered.

Replacement parts for in-wall devices are not made.
If new dimmer is necessary, consider lighting factors:
Total wattage of lights. New dimmer has watt rating.
Type of lights. Dimmers specify florescent or tungsten (incandescent) or both.
Single-pole and 3-way. If two dimmers control same lights, one is control dimmer, other is companion dimmer.

I am trying to install two Lutron dimmers in the same box. The dimmers are models MA-S8AM-WH and MA-600WH. I can get get the MA-600-WH to work but not the MA-S8AM-WH. Anyone have any hints.

My first thought is that if you were using these devices to replace existing light switches, the MA-S8AM has an additional electrical connection that wasn't necessary with a light switch or the MA-600. The MA-S8AM has an addtional screw on it (I think its silver in color) that connects to the neutral wire in the circuit. Hopefully you have a bunch of white wires all wire-nutted together in the back of the box - pull a connection from there and attach.

If that's not the issue, then I would call Lutron's tech support. They're available 24/7, so you may as well. They're at 1-800-523-9466.

I went to replace the Lutron Skylark dimmer with the Maestro today and found 3 black wires in the box, 2 were bundled and connected to one of the dimmers black wires and the other 1 was connected to the...

The 2 wires that are tied to each other is most likey your hot lead from the panel , the other goes to the light.Tie 1 blk dimmer wire to the 2 wires together and the other blk dimmer wire to the single in the back. Also Maestro dimmers have a small kill switch check to see that it is not off.If you work with hot leads remember don't cross your heart ( wires in both hands current passes through the body)

Controller (s) not working

Someone used the pull chain on both units. Whenever you install a remote or wall-mounted dimmer, it's always best to cut the chains short (after setting the fan to high) to prevent someone who doesn't know any better from using them.
