No sorry, IEMI numbers cannot be changed however depending on the carrier that blocked the device, you may be able to give them a call to get it unblocked. Sometimes even for free.

If they are in your contacts, find their contact, scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and their should be an option that says, "Block this Caller" if you haven't blocked them, and "Unblock Caller" if you have.

It's a china make phone. The IMEI they use is illegal. Please contact your mobile service provider for the GPRS settings as these phones don't come under the category of legal phones hence I can't refer to any manual to help you out too.

The unique IMEI code allocated to your phone has been blocked because your phone has most likely been reported as stolen or using a fake/illegal IMEI.

If it is not the case, and if you are the original owner and you are using the original IMEI as indicated on your device identification label, contact your Mobile service provider and ask them how to remove this IMEI number from the worldwide shared IMEI blocked list.

you cannot change an imei number it is locked to the hardware so cannot be altered. This is to help with theft, locking etc.

you cant unblock a blocked imei due to the fact that the previous owner of your iphone decided to report the iphone as stolen and get it blocked (which i am suggesting that the phone is stolen). If you try to call whoever company then they wouldn't be able to give you any information on WHO blocked it due to data protection act. If you're the person who blocked it, you can simply call in and ask to unblock it as long as you give proof that you're the owner. Hope this helps.

You need to call your phone company, they have control of unblocking the IMEI code. Sorry your having so much trouble with this, hope i've helped you!
