The "L ch" message is

On some IFB washers, the CH indicates that the child lock (control panel lock) has been activated to avoid accidental washer use. On the IFB digital 5 KG washer, you can toggle the child lock on and off by pressing the Soak Option and Delay Start buttons simultaneously. These are the second and fourth button for the Optional settings above the LCD display on this model. Below the keys, there is a skeleton key symbol in the center of a line drawn between these two keys. Which model Siemens washer do you have? For the WM16Y792GB, the child lock is toggled on and off by pressing and holding 2 buttons that are below the LCD display screen on the left side of the screen for 3+ seconds. The phrase "Child Lock 3 seconds" is just below the buttons. The temperature and spin buttons are above the display in the corresponding location.

For the WM12Q391GB, the child lock is toggled on and off by holding the Start button for about 5 seconds. On this model, the Start button is the one to the farthest right. This button doesn't seem to have a symbol or text indicating that it also controls the Child Lock feature. The manual does tell how to toggle the Child Lock feature on and off.

CH means child lock is engaged. Here’s a user manual that explains that feature. It’s on page 11.

Hold down the play button, it will take a bit but it turns of the child lock

The child lock has been enabled on the microwave. To disable the lock, press and hold 0 until the Locked message disappears from the screen. To set the Lock, press Stop/Clear (to clear the display) and then press and hold the 0 pad until the phrase Lock appears and you hear two beeps.

T-LCK indicates device protection, not child lock - you will need to take it to an authorised Sony service centre; they will charge a quote fee to tell you what parts if any need replacing and what's involved (always ask for details) - you can then make a decision on whether or not to go ahead with the repair.

Maybe there is a modification the service centre can carry out to permanently disable this unnecessary protection; it isn't reliable. As I say, you can always say no to the repair after the initial quote if you feel it is going to cost more than the machine is worth.

do you mean from child/parental lock?
