Hi.
This fault is very easy to repair.
You will need a soldering iron for electrical work with no bigger than 2mm tip & multicore fluxed solder.
The frame chip requires resoldering in to place.
Ensure tv is unplugged froms mains supply remove the back of set, You will need to get access to the underside of the main circuit board.
The chip you are looking for will be screwed or clipped to a metal
heatsink it will be close to the line output transformer (loptx).
The loptx is easy to find it will be a large grey or black plastic item with a thick red wire coming out the top going to the glass on the tube. it will allso have 2 or more other wires coming out of it going to the pcb on tube.
WARNING do not attempt to remove thick red lead from the glass of the tube it will be holding high voltage.
Once you have found the frame chip it will have 5 or more legs on it just resolder all the legs to pcb.
And thats it jobe done reassemble tv & switch on tap the top of tv if picture is stable you have repaired it. If its not check your soldering carefully & resolder any resistors diodes & capacitors that are close to the frame chip.
