It could be a few things, a hosehas a hole in it, the water pump is leaking , or the cenbter seal on the transmission is leaking. Best way to check is to put some water in it, have someone help you lean it back and look underneath to locate the leak. If the water is leaking only in the agitate cycle and not as its filling then its your center seal.

Bosch washing machine Logixx 8

Slide a couple of sheet of newspaper under the machine and leave it a while and pull it out. The drips will show the approximate location. Then you can pull the machine out and lean it against the wall to check underneath. Make sure someone is steadying it.

The most likely is a faulty water inlet solenoid valve.

My Samsung WA5471ABW top- load washer is leaking from underneath. Is there Nything that I can do to self-repair?

You bet there is. But first let's double check some common causes of leaks that may not be located under the machine. Step one is to check the drain hose behind the machine. If a machine gets pushed back too far it can kink or bind that hose and that can cause water to leak from underneath. If that looks okay check that the end of that hose is not inserted into the drain more than about 4 - 5." If it is poked down into the standpipe more than that it can cause a syphoning situation that can also cause leaking underneath. While you are back there check the hoses that lead up to the machine. Make sure the connections are dry. I can't tell you how many under machine leaks i have fixed that originated right there. Just run a finger under each hose connection. If finger gets wet the connection may need tightened ever so slightly with pliers. If all those check out fine let me know. We'll go deeper.

Fisher and Paykel Washer leaking water

hi there,

the leak underneath could be from the pump or the drain hose. some washers have a tub to pump boot that sometimes springs a leak.

for a 4-month-old washer, i would certainly hope you pay nothing. F&P appliances come with at least a 2 year warranty. check your user & care guide for warranty information.

Washer machine leaking water from underneath

Seems like a leaky hose or pump.
Other than ruin your floor, you should to take caution that if the water sprays onto electrical connections or the motor etc, I may cause a fire or electrocution so it would be wise to have it inspected as soon as possible.

Washer leaking water from underneath

Your leak could be coming from the rubber door seal. Inspect all the way around the rubber seal paying particular attention to the areas behind the rubber seal where it meets the wash tub. They wear with age and can develop small holes. When they start leaking it appears like water coming from under the machine. I hopes this helps.
