MY BLUE TOOTH A BT-10K ON THE CHARGER IT WORKS BUT SOON AS I TAKE IT OFF IT GOES DEAD I CHARGED IT FOR A WHOLE DAY AND ITS DOING THE SAME THING WHAT SHOULD I DO

Hi testing battery voltage will not give an accurate reading on battery condition U need a BATTERY LOAD TESTER.it will check the condition & give U a true reading on there condition ,..if batteries r good the next thing to check is the control box the charger circuit runs into the control then to the batteries if control box is faulty this could b the problem .,with youre charger not charging . LOAD TESTER AVAILABLE ON E/BAY APROX COST $35 , Cheers

try to turn on BT on iPad while Logitech is blinking (which means it in pairing mode and can be discovered). If that doesn't help I'd suggest to remove batteries from Logitech for 3-5 minutes then put them back.

When there is no light, while connected to the charger, it is NOT charging. You should checK the charger and the power cord. Eventually check the connector in the headset.
Perhaps you even can borrow for a few moments a charger from a friend? if another charges connected the light goes on, you need another charger. If nothing changes I think the little battery inside is defect. Don't bother buying and replacing the battery, when it almost costs the same as a new headset.

XP great OS but it may not work with your BT device a compatibility issue. Bet that if you try your device with a computer that has Win 7 or greater OS, the device will work.

I think that is the problem as well. Temporarily, you could just buy a tricke charger from the parts house and hook that up until your other one is changed. Rick

same problem here. I was thinking a dead battery maybe. I`ll keep looking for this on the net.

as i think that charger was not compatible to your phone so when you tried charging it the battery is dead bcoz of excess voltage than it normally bears with the compatible charger of ur phone ...
so this excess voltage has made the battery to be short circuited due to this may be the charging ic or the capacitor is gone ...
so i suggest you to take the cell to the near by technician and just have a check...

the only problem with all motorola phones is that it only charges with the charger with the desired voltage ... if the voltage of the charger is low then it will not show any response(i mean it will not charge but it will not cause any thing to battery as it is of less voltage than the desired voltage )
so i think the charger you buyed provides more than the desired voltage so the battery is dead .....
