Hi

The driver CD of the said bluetooth is not functioning with ur PC.
If u r using ur bluetooth in more than one port, then also this may not be recognise by ur PC.
Try to use ur bluetooth in that port where u have installed it.
Try another bluetooth.

Thanks.

How to connect the plantronics explorer 233 ?

  • Make sure your Plantronics Explorer headset is fully charged and turned off.

  • Press and hold the call control button (the button on the face of the headset opposite the earbud) for six seconds. When the light begins flashing blue and red, the headset is now ready for pairing with your phone.

Select the Menu on your cell phone. Once the menu is displayed, select Settings, then Bluetooth Menu.

  • Select the option to add a new device. This will both turn on Bluetooth capabilities in your phone and put it into a setting known as "Discovery mode." The phone should discover your Plantronics headset automatically and display "XXXPlantronics." ("XXX" represents the model series number, such as "320Plantronics.")

  • Select the Plantronics option on your phone. In many cases, the phone will automatically recognize the headset, but if you are prompted to enter a passkey, proceed to the next step.

  • Enter "0000" if you are prompted for a passkey. Your headset will flash blue once it is successfully paired with your phone. Once paired, the Bluetooth headset will automatically recognize your cell phone each time it is turned on

I'm probably being really stupid but I can't work out how to download the photos I'be taken on my phone to my laptop. I've tried to bluetooth them but my laptop doesn't have bluetooth, and I'm stuggling...

    Hi

    1. First you'll need to make sure your PC has a BlueTooth adapter, which will allow it to recognize other Bluetooth devices such as your phone. You can find a Bluetooth Data Suite27103elpdjh2558a9492436cb854 for under $30 that includes a Bluetooth adapter and software drivers for all phone types (the same one I use). It plugs into your usb port on your computer or laptop.
    2. Next you'll need to configure your phone's BlueTooth settings to make it visible to the Bluetooth Data Suite running on your computer. Open your phone and select the following menu options:
Settings --> Connection --> BlueTooth Link --> Setup --> Find Me
You'll be prompted to enter a unique passcode of your choosing (I used 1234 for example), and the Bluetooth Data Suite will pair with your cell phone... meaning they will be linked together and can start transmitting data files over a wireless Bluetooth connection.
You only need to pair your cell phone to your computer once. After that, your phone will be automatically recognized when you plug in the bluetooth adapter and have your phone within range.
    3. Once your computer and phone recognize each other, you can use the Bluetooth Data Suite to select photos from your phone and transfer them to your PC.
    Thanks

T Mobile Wing bluetooth and music help please

    Hi fazioli73,

With Bluetooth enabled cell phones, if it has a music player, the only device the music player will recognize to output audio is a set of Bluetooth Headphones, not a Bluetooth Headset.

Once you have the Bluetooth Headphones, set them into pairing mode. Then go into your Bluetooth options in your phone, and go into add/search for device. Once your phone recognizes your Bluetooth headphones, and you have it set as your main Bluetooth device, your music player should play through the headphones at that point.

    Sincerely,
