INSTALLING ATHEME How to install a theme or skin

Once you have found and downloaded a skin that you like, extract it to a new folder.

Installing:

1. Connect the phone to the cable and open Skinmanager: It should auto connect and will say reading files as pictured:

2. Once finished it should look like this:

3. Click Install and you will get this pop up:
4. Navigate to the skin you want and click Open:

5. The skin will now begin to install as seen in the pic below. Depending on the size of the skin it could take a minute to install.

This program will auto-install the wallpaper as well in the uploading process

6. Your skin is now installed:

7. After everything uploads click Skins, More, Restart phone.

8. Disconnect the phone after restart and enjoy your new skin.

go to settings tap Today then select atheme..thats it..

WE DON'T HAVE THEMES... BUT WE HAVE SKINS.. go to following page and know hoe to install skins INSTALLING SKINS

you have to download skins instead of themes.. go to this link., stepwise actions to install skins into phone....Installing Skins

You cannot download ANY Motorola theme or skin using WAP/GPRS.

Motorola skins cannot be installed using bluetooth however the themes can!

The differences:

*A Motorola theme is a .mtf file. a theme is just a wallpaper, screensaver and ringtone.
* skin is .dat & .ski. A skin changes the whole GUI

Installing skins using the PC- you download them the same way as any other file from the gallery, click the download button on the stats. page of the file you wish to download
